
Faye Fentiman is a keynote speaker, trainer,
personal coach and consultant. Faye uses the vehicles of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship
and innovation management to unleash the “unlimited potential” of
individuals and groups. As manager of a nationally funded entrepreneurship program
and as a consultant on intrapreneurship to multi-billion dollar firms she has
helped
develop and launch over 100 businesses, coaching entrepreneurs and teams from
concept through launch and beyond. Faye particularly enjoys and excels at helping
people to make the “entrepreneurial leap”!
As an intrapreneur at a Fortune 500 company, Faye
developed and launched numerous products ranging from complex medical technology
to intellectual property. Some of these products have formed the basis of new
globally competitive companies.
For the past seven years Faye has worked extensively
with Gifford Pinchot’s “Intrapreneuring” model. She has used
materials developed by Pinchot and Co. to effect transformational change with
a diverse client base that ranges from whole communities of displaced loggers
and fishers to global IT organizations as well as large government agencies and
state wide non-profits.
Faye’s success with clients is a result of
her unique ability to combine wisdom and sensitivity with experience gained in
a variety of management positions in the areas of sales, international marketing,
corporate training and project management She has taught media history at Alberta
College of Art, and maintains a lifelong interest in awakening the creative spark
in others. In addition to her teaching, coaching and consulting work, Faye offers
workshops and retreats geared towards helping intact work teams access their highest
collaborative potential.
